Domestic Orders – Australia
Standard: $10
Express: $15

Orders are despatched within 1–3 working days. While we aim to have all domestic orders delivered within 5 days, please allow 7–14 working days for arrival. If your order has not arrived within this time, contact admin@agaarcollection.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Agaar is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details provided by the customer or for postal delays once the parcel has been sent within the stated timeframe.

New Zealand
Standard: $16
Express: $25

Orders are despatched within 3–5 working days and shipped with Australia Post. Once sent, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Customs & Import Duties
All import taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If additional charges apply, you will be notified and must pay them before your package clears customs.

We are required to declare the value of goods at shipping. Once sent, your package is managed by your country’s customs agents, who may approve, delay, or reject it.
If you refuse to pay any customs fees, your order will be returned to us and refunded minus shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued once the returned package has been received.
