Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange. Returns are only accepted on full-price items that are unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Agaar does not offer refunds.
How to organise a return
Email our customer care team at admin@agaarcollection.com
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to our warehouse.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
Damages & issues
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email admin@agaarcollection.com with photos, your order number, and details of the fault. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if the manufacturer confirms a fault. Refunds are processed within 7–10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items
Sale items, including sample sale goods, are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
